An interactive class for active sellers and those anticipating putting their home on the market. Professional tips
give you the information you need to favorably distinguish a home from the competition and expedite a successful sale.
95% of purchase decisions (including purchasing a home) come from the subconscious, so it is critical to appeal to buyers on an emotional level. Although buyers start house-hunting logically, they get hooked for emotional
reasons - correct staging helps them picture their ideal lifestyle in the house.
A house only has one opportunity to make a good first impression. When buyers are touring a home, think of it like "speed dating" - you have only seconds in which to convince a buyer to keep checking out the possibilities. Once a negative reaction has occurred the "date is over"!
Ultimately, the sales price and number of offers directly reflect how the buyers were made to "feel" when they
toured the home. Ruthanne has been teaching professional staging classes and community education workshops
for the last eight years, most recently in the Napa Valley.
